Launching the new Bee Keeping Club

Students are excited to be relaunching the Bee Keeping Club with a new hive delivered this week. The Club will officially start again when the warmer weather arrives and the bees are more settled and starting to become active.

 

Our bees were delivered this week with 15,000-20,000 inhabiting just one hive.  Hopefully students will be able to harvest up to 30 jars of honey per year.
