Chilean Antarctic Base Flag

We are very proud that one of our Y8 students recently one a competition to design a flag to be taken to the Antarctic as part of the UK Polar Network.

A group of Chilean researchers took Harry's winning flag to their INACH Chilean Antarctic base on King George Island to raise awareness of the importance of Antarctica Day and and as a demonstration of just how globalised the world is now.

This is a real accolade for Harry.
