The Royal Society Summer Exhibition - July 22

Twenty five of our BCGS Year 12 STEM students attended The Royal Society Summer exhibition on 6 July 2022.

They took part in experiments and enjoyed talking to scientists about their work and their career paths.

Popular topics included cold fusion power generation, the microbiology of chocolate, the Wendelbury asteroid, neuro controlled robotic prosthetic limbs and using supermagnets to heal broken bones.

Everyone enjoyed the trip enormously and all came home with new ideas for their own STEM university applications.
