There are opportunities for staff to develop their understanding of careers education:

CPD Opportunities

  • All new staff receive Careers Education compulsory CPD.
  • Further training is provided via staff development days, staff development evenings and pre-meetings with the careers coordinator.
  • Thursday showcase each year has a top-up session on careers, the use of Unifrog and curriculum design.

Careers and Enterprise Company – Online Learning Modules

The CEC’s free online learning modules, hosted on their digital hub, help key education stakeholders to better understand the value of careers leadership in schools, special schools and colleges, the careers education landscape and understand the role and value of a Careers Leader.
